On the 6 June 1944, the allies chose to launch the D-Day invasion to free "fortress Europe" and in celebration of that day and as a tribute to the men who fought on the  beaches and in the air, we have chosen to launch the latest Limited release in S&B's comprehensive line up of WW2 Fight aircraft, the P47 Thunderbolt.
We have been busy testing the aircraft in all aspects of performance, flight characteristics and durability, with outstanding results in all areas. As we found it hard to choose between the "D" and "N" models we have decided to supply you, the builder with the materials to make that choice. Either way we know that you will enjoy flying your P47 as much as we do ours.
Pre-orders are being taken today, with shipments beginning next week, so order your Limited Release P47 now, to be part of the first S&B Thunderbolt squadron being assembled from all over the world. A  truly incredible aircraft that changed the war for the allied air forces. For the first time a front line fighter had the range to escort the daylight bombers notably, the B17 for the entire bombing run. This kit is simple to construct as most of the work is done for you making it very quick to build, requiring at least two mini servos (recommended). - True scale shaped EPP fuselage - no sanding
